With our direct hire program, the risk is all ours. We accept most recruiting assignments on a contingency basis but provide a level of service comparable to retained search. At Knapp MYHR we don’t recruit solely based on the requirements in the job description, we find candidates that will match your companies culture as well. Our recruiters are trained professionals in conducting interviews and vetting candidates so your business will only receive candidates that we believe will be successful. Our sales team can work with you to decide on pricing and terms that makes our service affordable for businesses of all sizes.

We recruit with open interviewing techniques. We learn about the candidate’s experience, skills, strengths, weaknesses, career goals and salary all without compromising the confidentiality of your company and position. This allows us to gather unbiased information about each candidate and assess their ability to meet the needs of your position without them skewing responses to cater to your position.

Our service doesn’t end when you decide to hire one of our candidates. We will handle the checking of references, verify education and handle all negotiations if requested.

» Contract & Temporary Staffing    
Our contract staffing can be used in various situations such as an absent employee, seasonal help during times of high production or if you wish to evaluate a potential employee’s performance before deciding to hire them. The same screening and vetting process that we use for direct hire assignments are used for these assignments. We offer services such as background checks, drug screens, full safety orientations and skills testing. We will work with you to come up with a solution tailored to your needs.
